Mat + Veil (pultrusion)

Advantages

● Inherit stiffness and strength of chopped strand mat, thus can keep good mat formation and tensile strength after through resin-bath, finally simple pre-shape stage and fluent pultrusion production;

● Contains no stitch line, and polyester veil surface guarantees nice profiles finish without stitch lines;

● Much more economic and simple than use continuous filament mat and polyester veil seperately

How to Apply

The combo mat can go through resin bath, will keep good mat formation and tensile strength, then enter pultrusion die;

Also, it can go into pultrusion die directly without through resin bath,then wet out with resin in pultrusion die.
